Personal Project: Designing the cover in honor of 165 Year of State Library of Victoria.
The State Library located at Swanston Street, near Melbourne Central, Vic, was established in 1854. It is Australia’s oldest public library and one of the first free library in the World. (wiki, 2019).
Before the initialization of the poster designing, I visited the State Library to experience the World inside one of the most interesting libraries of the World. I gathered information, support materials, and took pictures which would later help me in the project. I saw that use of the right type of font in any design is very critical as the whole design can look way better or worse due to the selection of font.
